5) Sitting forward bend – Paschimottanasan

5a) Plank – Poorvottanasan

6) Cobra – Bhujangasan

7) Locust – Salabhasan

8) Bow – Dhanurasan

8a) Child pose – Balasan

9) Half spinal twist – Ardha Matsyendrasan

10) Crow – Kakasan

10a) Peacock – Mayoorasan

11) Standing forward bend – Pada Hastasan

12) Triangle side bending – Trikonasan

Final Relaxation – Savasan
